The Korda Skyraider Spod is a purpose-designed distance bait rocket which has been specifically designed for spodding at ultra-long range, where accuracy is the key.
The shape, size, and aerodynamics have been calculated to gain maximum performance, eliminating any wobble and dealing with crosswinds.
The profile of the Korda Skyraider Spod incorporates a slight taper to the body, fining down from the cone to the rear flight system. This greatly increases distance and the Korda Skyraider can deliver an impressive 3.2oz of hemp when full, giving a total weight of 4.4oz - the perfect weight for a long cast.
One of the great new features across all the Korda Skyliner Spod range is the new anti-tangle tail system called 'Spod Tail' which has been fitted in such a way that it is impossible for it to tangle.
The new spod tail from Korda will not fold over, twist or get in the way when the angler is filling the spod, which is great news for the angler when quick, consistent spodding is needed.
The spod tail also helps lift the spod out of the water on retrieval and has a molded loop for connection to your leader.
